New hit, new feelings, new Homicide Doll
With the massive commercial name Homicide Doll this Metal hit artist is here to stay for a long time!
Even though this is the first time I review him, I can tell you, He’s been around for quite some time and his catalogue of music proves to me that this is just the beginning. Now, he is releasing a new EP that sounds and achieves what few can.
This new 2021 set of 3 songs titled “Goety” includes singles like ”Seven Princes of Hell” and makes my blood boil (in a good way) due to the massive raw power his voice has! He is way more than a rapper and a singer, he is a mastermind who will not stop!
Few people start with such power! Probably one of the factors that made them achieve this was the Production and the vocal strength of the vocalist. If you’re a Metal Lover for sure you will know about him pretty soon as Homicide Doll intends to keep filling his catalogue with great music. The Cover image from this hits fully represents the theme as well.
Let me say this, what a release! From the Composition level to the song’s production, I’m quite sure he has everything to succeed in the industry.
But who is him?
The modern era of music has given way to enigmas and artists of all shapes and forms who break the norm of what we have come to expect as far as what an artist truly is. Homicide Doll is one such artist that epitomizes the essence of the modern era. He is a multi-talented vocalist and rapper born in Santa Barbara and raised on the South Side of Oxnard. Homicide Doll is making music that is driven by a desire to express his feelings and emotions. Born Jacob Rocha, Homicide Doll is the embodiment of originality and uses his ideas to create an amalgamated and original sound. He has had a vast array of musical influences however he accredits the pivotal influences and inspiration in his life to Motionless in White and Ghostemane. This all culminates in Homicide Doll producing a musical experience that is enjoyable, but dark and melancholic. It is music that is infused with unorthodox music creation techniques to allow for an immersive experience that brings forward his story.
”Let the Fire Fall From Heaven” is my personal favourite from the 3, but I would love to know which one is yours?
Be sure to stay tuned to his sound and follow on social media!
